2 Bye Bye Plastic Bags Program Whole School Whole year program Encourage all school community to reduce the usage of plastic, canteen vendors are forbiden to use any kind of plastic or sterofoam, and to change it to lunch box and tumbler, provides water galon at several spots for refill the tumbler.

4 Charity Market Program Students Annual Included in the academic program for HS students to learn about business and money management. They earn money to buy house basic needs and sell it at very cheap price to neighborhood community.
5 Adopt A School Program LRC & SC Annual School’s CSR initiated by BINUS Management, done by the LRC Dept and MSHS Student Council, to adopt neighborhood less fortunate schools. The program includes donation, renovation, games, student and teacher training.
6 Beach Clean Up Program Interact Club Annual The Interact Club member highly encourage the society to be aware and care about enviromental issue, such as the cleanliness of our beaches and seas. They act to role model, they volunteer to get themselves dirty and to pick up others’ trash. This is all to raise awareness about the need of action to save the world.

13 Borneo Orangutan Savior Foundation Event ECYEL Teacher One Time Inspired by one of our EL students, Micha, for his love to Orangutan, BINUS invited BOSF to share the condition of Indonesia’s Orangutan, to encourage other students to care more.
14 Used uniform Program Program ECYEL Student and Parent Annual Parent collects students’ used uniform, fix and clean it, to be donated to chosen needy community.

24 Habitat for Humanity Annual Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit organization that focuses its organization in improving residential homes for low-income families. Building houses for less fortunate families in Mauk, Tangerang was one of the activities the club did in the past.
25 HOPE Indonesia Club AY Program HOPE Indonesia is a community that is based off of HOPE Club Worldwide. HOPE Indonesia focuses more in bettering up less-fortunate schools and community. One of the things that HOPE Indonesia do is bettering up library of a school, repaint schools, and storytelling.
26 Sondaicus Club Sondaicus is a student-led organization which aims to conserve the Javan Rhinos located in Ujung Kulon national park. The organization works directly with park rangers to earn funds for a variety of different projects related to preserving the eco-system in Ujung Kulon, including life below water! Sondaicus also aims to spread awareness about this animal and hopes to inspire the youth to do their part and take action to protect this important part of the Indonesian identity. They have also created a website for their fellow students to join and share about other CAS and SA activities.
27 Happy Hearts BINUS SCHOOL Simrpug Club Started in the MYP, currently run by some of our grade 11 students, this group is working hard to bring our whole school together as a community to fundraise to rebuild a school in NTT and provide 5 years of support to the school.
28 GIN BINUS Club BINUS SCHOOL Simprug has had Global Issues Network Club on and off for many years now, the current club has been running from 2015-present. Global Issues Network Binus, or GINBINUS, is a student led club that works to create project based sustainable solutions to global problems.
29 Anak Cerdas Charity Anak Cerdas Charity is a student led organization (currently led by our 9th graders) which focuses on education and poverty. Our goal is to provide underprivileged children with proper education and educational supplies such as books, toys, stationary and more. This organization was first established in the year 2015 and our first project was the donation to a children cancer home called Anyo. Our current project is to donate educational toys, supplies, books and a bookshelf to a school called “Sekolah PAUD Teratai”.
30 “Letters to the World” book. This was a Personal Project done by Helena Arnetta Puteri back when she was in grade 10.
31 BINUS SCHOOL Simprug Community Fair Annual BINUS School Simprug has held an annual Community Fair for the past 3 years, and hopes to continue to do this for the years to come! The fair is a one day event that promotes social awareness for the students of BINUS SCHOOL SIMPRUG. Different non-profits, NGOs, community organizations and clubs that support social & environmental causes are invited to promote volunteer activities and their organization as a whole. Our students visit the booths and find inspiration/volunteer opportunities for their own Service as Action and CAS activities and projects.
