GLOBAL ENTERPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
To be a young entrepreneur is getting more and more common in Indonesia these days. Young people in Indonesia are taught to start their own business as early as possible. BINUS School Simprug held a course titled the Global Entrepreneurship Program (GEP) in cooperation with USA’s Columbia University on December 15th-19th 2014.
Twenty-one grade nine to twelve students of international schools in Jakarta participated in this event. During the course, every group was asked to present their business ideas starting from the concept to the marketing strategies to promote their products. This event is one of the ways BINUS School Simprug prepares its students to join the global community. (AL)
