Salvatore from Class of 2024, founded an entrepreneurship program called Staditek
“My name is Salvatore from the class of 2024. I recently founded Staditek, a social entrepreneurship program focusing on developing talents in IT. The project started because I realized that unlike me, a lot of kids are not fortunate enough to be able to have the facilities and teachers that can help them learn to code well. So I decided that I was gonna give out free training Bootcamp for free. The goal of the program was to enable underprivileged people to penetrate better education/job around IT by equipping them with quality training. I am grateful that I received support from all cylinders, my parents, a few friends, and even I got to talk to simprug’s principal about ideas for this program. School program such as Personal Project on Grade 10 and the Journey Team in BINUS SCHOOL Simprug has also helped me in terms of planning. Pictures above was taken from our first BootCamp program, teaching some hs kids from tarutung. Im hoping to scale up this program, improve the curriculum so that more talents in IT can be developed.”
