Meet Our New Teacher : George Bangu

My name is George Bangu and I am an MYP Individuals and Societies teacher. I have been teaching for 25 years (10 years in public schools and 15 years in private schools teaching the Cambridge and IB curriculum) I decided to teach after completing my high school. My high school Geography teacher played a very crucial role in transforming me from an average performing student to a high achiever. I then decided to be part of the change making agents. I hope to improve and excel in my career by taking up refresher courses, and emulating best practices in education, and my mission and vision is to create positive change in the lives of my students by setting up high expectations and guiding and encouraging them to achieve their goals.
