9. Students have the option to replace lost or damaged items or pay a penalty based on the purchase price and an administration fee.
10. LRC borrowing privileges will be suspended until all outstanding loans are cleared.
11. Progress reports and official documents will only be released once all outstanding loans or penalties are settled.
12. All LRC resources must be returned by the set deadline for clearance purposes.
13. Students are encouraged to make payments via cashless methods.
