A bi-annual sports event for school-level athletes, BINUS Cup is more than just competition. The event was created to create connection while foster positive qualities in students, more than just athletic skills.

BINUS SCHOOL Simprug invites athletes from other schools in Indonesia to compete in various sports. Competitions include popular team sports such as:

• Mini Soccer

Mini soccer is one of the most competitive and fast-paced games at BINUS Cup. It fosters soft skills like teamwork, strategic thinking, endurance, and self-control. The match is open for elementary school teams from grades 4 to 6, middle school, and high school.

• Basketball

A favorite team sports, basketball combines competitiveness with skill, strategy, and endurance. A perfect event for testing teamwork, instinct, and strategic thinking. The event is open for students from the same grades as mini soccer teams.

• Handball

An engaging 7-to-7 sports event, handball offers a dynamic match that showcases both endurance and strategy. The event is available for the same student categories as mini soccer and basketball.

• Badminton

Considered one of the “national sports”, badminton is a field that has created brilliant Indonesian athletes. Watching students battling their quick thinking, strategy, and endurance is simply riveting. This event is open for students Grade 7 to 9 and 10 to 12.

• Golf

Yes, BINUS CUP has added a golf tournament as one of the categories! Golf is a strategy sport that challenges strategic thinking, accuracy, and patience, which are great soft skills to foster in young people. This tournament is open for students in grades 7 to 9 and 10 to 12.
