Junior Business Society is one of the enrichment programs at BINUS SCHOOL, designed to introduce business skills to students. The program answers questions about how future youths can compete in the increasingly demanding business world.
Addressing the students as “young entrepreneurs”, the Junior Business Society introduces various business skills through hands-on programs. For example, in September, the Junior Business Society held a four-day pop-up market where students applied the skills they learned to run small stalls.
Students sold popular street food, snacks in cute packaging, toys, accessories, baked goods, and many more during the event. They also created and decorated the stalls and served guests in real transactions. At the end of the event, students counted their profits and donated them to charity.
Through such events, the Junior Business Society practiced various business-related skills they had learned.
