The junior division from BINUS SCHOOL Simprug demonstrated outstanding academic abilities and teamwork at the Tournament of Champions. One of the standout teams, Nathan, Aidanara, and Emmery (Grade 9), achieved remarkable success across multiple categories. Emmery, who excelled in the Scholar’s Challenge, earned 4 gold and 2 silver medals across six subjects, showcasing her exceptional academic knowledge and versatility.

Aidanara also performed brilliantly, securing 2 gold and silver medals in Team Writing and Debate. Nathan added his achievements, earning 1 gold and 1 silver medal, highlighting his strength in individual and team categories. Together, this team earned 24 medals, placing them in the Top 200 Teams of the Tournament of Champions, a significant accomplishment in a highly competitive event.

The second team from the junior division, comprised of Nyoko, Aiko, and Moe (Grade 6), also made a strong impact. Nyoko was awarded the Cria Top Scholar Award, an honor given to young students with the highest scores. She won 1 gold medal in this category and added 2 silver medals in Individual Writing and Debate. Aiko earned 1 gold medal and 3 silver medals, while Moe secured 3 silver medals, including one in the Cria Top Scholar category. Individually, each member of the senior team earned notable accolades. Diagaskara secured 16 medals, including silver medals in both Debate and Writing. His performance in these areas demonstrated his ability to excel under pressure. Jihoon earned 12 medals, which included 5 golds and 7 silvers, and ranked 30th in Debate, showcasing his exceptional debating skills and consistency in performance.

Evan contributed to the team’s success by earning 13 medals, including gold in Debate, Writing, and the Scholar’s Challenge. His impressive achievements across these categories highlighted his well-rounded academic abilities and commitment to excellence in all areas of the competition.
